Martin P. Schroeder, M.S.M.E., P.E.

The Principal Engineer of SC Engineering is Martin Schroeder. Martin has over 20 years experience in mechanical engineering, specializing in structural dynamics, vibration modal analysis, fatigue, mechanical design, machine dynamics, testing, data analysis and software. To provide our customers with a better solution that is grounded in hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge, Martin utilizes extensive engineering experience in areas of automotive, rail transportation, aerospace, government energy research, and consumer and industrial product development. Positions held have included engineering Group Leader, Senior Research Engineer, Project Manager, and Program Manager of high-level engineering projects. (more)

Paul is a director of SC Engineering with experience in experimental aircraft manufacture, aircraft mechanics and electronics. Most recently, Paul built and currently flies a bi-wing fabric covered aircraft.

John F. Leary, B.A., M.B.A.

Mr. Leary brings over 25 years of experiece in program development and business management. John has provided high-level program support in transportation industries, working with rail-car manufacturers, municipalities, and transportation operating authorities. (more)

Juan Carlos Valdez

Juan Carlos Valdez is an engineering associate of SC Engineering, bringing expertise in ANSYS FEA modeling, design and stress analysis. Mr. Valdez has a wealth of experience in the analysis of vehicle structures and was responsible for leading major rail-car programs at Bombardier Transportation.
