John F. Leary, M.A., M.B.A.

Mr. Leary has twenty-five years of project-work experience, providing market research, design, planning, and management for specific projects and products, assisting in the successful technical, financial, and contractural performance of work in highly competitive environments.

Provide proven techniques to assure excellent business relationships with government and commercial clients with strict standards of quality, cost managment, and timeliness of delivery. Having worked with domestic and foreign clients, Mr. Leary is aware of cultural and legal issues that can seem daunting to expanding businesses. Currently advise the Colorado Springs Technology Incubator and have been a long time member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Depending on clients needs, John may provide mentoring support to less experienced staff on all facets of proposal preparation and program management. Quality team building and team member selection is stressed on all projects. Prior management experience includes market development and supervision of product and service development.
